I don't think this description is that much updated, because I noticed while using rangers and warriors that increasing this attribute also lowers the Energy cost of Shouts. I haven't used every single shout, but so far ive only used "Charge!" [Elite], "Shields Up!", and Call of Haste.

I've tried reporting this but they thought it was just a gameplay question even though I sent it to them in the bug thread... cause it seems like one.

No, it applies to alot of things.

Im not sure it needs updating to include 'shouts,' because rangers dont have shouts. It already says it reduces mana costing skills...it also doesnt say anything about reducing adrenaline costs, which it does as well. Probably because rangers dont use adrenaline.

Unless I am completely mistaken, Call of Haste is a Ranger skill from the Beastmastery line.

Here are some other Beastmastery shouts:

Call of Haste - Shout
Call of Protection - Shout
Otyugh's Cry - Shout

It applies to all skills except spells (enchant/hex, etc), glyphs and signets.
Shouts and stances are affected.
